ALL kind of jaf boxes easy way to repair without resisters 330, remove LVC244A, Soldering, (for who is good whith TP). Just injected cables on PC LPT port, and 1 RJ45 cable+ P.Program. START STEP BY STEP: This is the pin-out of LPT port explanation.... PC LPT Port pin N°:
1:5 NO CONNECTION 6 (SCK)---------------> in ATmega128 (SCK) 7 (MOSI)--------------------------------------->RJ-45 (Pin 4) 8 NO CONNECTION 9 (RESET)------------->in ATmega128 (Reset) 10 (MISO)--------------------------------------->RJ-45 (Pin 5) 11:25 NO CONNECTION
Use this FEMALE for Solder the cable in LPT
Signals SCK and RESET are soldering into the atmega 128 IC (don't make over hot soldering, or USE HOW TP) and injected to PC LPT port. here is ATMEGA 128 SCK and RESET pinout.....
RJ-45 cable plugged into JAF SERVICE CABLE PORT. Signals MOSI and MISO are direct come out other side of RJ-45 cables. RJ-45 cables---pin 4 TX is MOSI pin 5 RX is MISO (this two cables are injected PC LPT port) The power supply is provided by a normal USB cable (In JAF USB Uplink) here is RJ-45 CABLE pinout.....
is very easy, the MOSI and MISO are in RJ45 cable, that connect in the pcb.
OK, how do u want look, have only one RJ-45 Cable, not have need CUT or Soldering, because your RX is MISO and TX is MOSI, to take from the RJ45 cable, that insert easy in slot RJ-45 of the Jaf, now have the other 2 cable is solder in the ATMEGA 128 IC, or IF is ABLE USE HOW TEST POINT!!!!
When do are ready, start the "pony program", and reprogram your "atmega128", selection AVR and ATMEGA128 in the pony program and write the 2 file hex and bin, IMPORTANT, first of disconnect all, update your Jaf FW, HOW the Next PASSAGE! HERE HOW SET PONY PROGRAM:

1° FLASH: Click in “P” UP, insert the Hex file more Small, (1KB), Click in the other “P” (down)
2° FLASH: Click in “Device” UP insert the Hex file more BIG (132KB), click in the other “Device” (down), ATTENTION, the other letter "D" is for Eeproom Reprogram
3° For the RESET in Pony Program Loock this Photo, when, how can you see in the Video, go for reset, CECK all in This MODE:
4° Open the Jaf 1.98.62 whith P-Key emulator and ceck SPECIAL RD S/N and JAF MAIN, when do u have the P-KEY Page, click in “UPDATE FW”, if all is ok, in 30 sec.s have updatate your FW to 1B1, close and re-open and do u see the JAF SW complete whith ALL field, important not ceck other, becouse when do u open other time the SW JAF this change P-Key S/N and return other time in the “UPDATE FW” page.
5) DO NOT DISCONNECT ALL IF FIRST NOT HAVE UPDATATE THE FW TO 1B1
6) NOW your JAF have Good Atmega, but for test this, use the JAU/JAF FW UPDATER, for veric if is all ok. WARNING whith this, enter one operation and other, wait 10 seconds for connect/disconnect USB cable from JAF, IF DO U NOT TO MAKE THIS, RISK OF DEMAGED OTHER TIME YOUR ATMEGA!!!!

VERY IMPORTANT, FIRST OF START LPT PORT WHITH PONY PROGRAM, NOT FORGOT OF SET FROM "BIOS" (ALT F8 at START WINDOWS or in base YOU SO), THE LPT PORT IN ECP/EPP, IF DON'T MAKE THIS, ALL NOT WORK.
If you get "ERROR 24" just check your cables are properly injected on the pc LPT port and the other cables how the procedure!!!
Now are ready for working your jaf box testated to 100% and work with ALL the pcb in the market. BR ripgsm
NEW, WHO WANT USE THE SERIAL PORT, and NOT WANT USE or NOT HAVE the LPT PORT TRY THIS CONFIGURATION:
